Terms of Service

These Terms of Service («Terms») govern access to and use of the Opolabs platform (the «Service»), provided by NEUROPREDICT, S.L.L.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

The Service is a software solution provided under a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model that enables users to access analytical tools based on artificial intelligence and machine learning.

The Service is provided as a technological support tool. It does not constitute professional advice, certification, or guaranteed outcomes.

Part of the Service is powered by third-party generative artificial intelligence models. The AI-assisted features are:

• AI Study Coach — a written conversation about the exam syllabus and your own progress.
• AI Interview Coach — a mock personal interview by text or by voice, and the written evaluation generated after a voice session.

When you use these features you are interacting with an artificial intelligence system, never with a human examiner, teacher or adviser. Each feature displays a notice to that effect, and content written by a model is labelled as such, in accordance with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act).

AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. They are indicative study material only. They do not constitute legal advice, an official reading of the syllabus or of any convocatoria, and they neither predict nor guarantee the outcome of any selection process. You must always verify against the official sources, in particular the BOE and the applicable convocatoria.

No output of the Service is a decision producing legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affecting you within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. A mock-interview evaluation is a training aid; where you choose to share it with an academy, it remains indicative and is not an assessment of your suitability.

The providers processing this content, and the safeguards applying to them, are identified in our Privacy Policy. Usage limits apply to the voice interview, and the availability, response times and limits of the AI features may change.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance or updates may result in temporary interruptions.

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Ensure your users comply with these Terms
• Not upload unlawful or infringing content
• Keep your login credentials secure

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service
• Attempt to access underlying algorithms or models
• Use the Service to build competing products
• Allow unauthorized third-party access

All rights, title, and interest in the Service remain the exclusive property of NEUROPREDICT.

Use of the Service does not grant you ownership of the software, models, or underlying technology.

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data.

If we process data on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) applies.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received in connection with the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are only liable for direct damages caused by our breach
• We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months
• You are responsible for decisions made based on the Service outputs

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Madrid, Spain.
